COHO GAMES

So what is this site? Well as a programmer by day and an amateur game designer by night I have been making unique online games for well over a decade but running them all seperately with different domains and platforms. This site is an opportunity for me to try a new approach. For now it serves three purposes:

1. Every time I create a new game site I have to redo the site architecture and account system and come up with a new design, etc. etc. Honestly I'd rather be focused on game development than recreating architecture and design so this site uses a super simple templated design and universal log in system so I can skip that and just work on translating my games to reality. I will be developing games exclusively here from now on to include any new games I can think of (sports, cards, adventure, open, private, etc.). This site will let me speed up my development time for each game which is vital these days as I don't have a ton of time between work and family life to work on vanity projects.

2. It simplifies the experience for those of you that are in multiple games I run. There will now be a single log in for all my games so users won't have to maintain multiple logins. I do plan on eventually folding some of my current games into this project, but that will depend on my free time and the stableness of the current platforms they're on, but the main focus is creating a site for all my future game development.

3. It allows me to reach more people and cross-advertize without having to send out as many messages or feelers. All open or recruiting games will be listed on this page with links so anyone playing a game on this site can can see and join those open games. All games that you are a part of will be listed on this main page as well so this should allow people quicker access to multiple games.

I am just starting this site so honestly it will be a little sparse on games at first. I will be expanding it as I can, but will add games at my own pace and based on my current pet project list. Enjoy the ones that are here now and look for more in the future! :)
